| TL - Team Leaders (Development) |
| Minimum four years of experience, including one year as
team leader; project experience in .NET, Oracle and PLSQL. |
| DE - Developers |
(To be designated as Senior or Junior developers depending on experience) Minimum one year of experience in developing applications, experience in .NET technology preferably VB.NET. Senior developers would have about three years of experience.

| TE - Test Engineers |
Minimum two years of experience in manual testing applications; reputed testing course certificate a must; it is an advantage to be familiar with testing Orace applications. |
| TO - Training Officers |
3-5 years experience as developer of training materials and schedules.Must have knowledge of effective training procedures and skills in effective presentation & communication in English. |
